A referral program for a smart electric panel startup, designed to turn happy customers into advocates. Working alongside the marketing team, I designed the flow in Figma and validated it with usability testing before handoff.

What I did

• Designed the end-to-end referral flow, from invite to reward tracking
• Ran usability sessions and iterated on the sharing step to reduce drop-off
• Partnered with marketing to keep the experience on-brand and conversion-focused
